Production process
At Avant Guard Flooring all of our floors begin with the purchase of only the finest quality hardwood lumber. We kiln dry this wood to an exacting range of 6 to 8% moisture content, so that our final product will be best suited to acclimate to our North American homes. We take additional time and care to condition our fine-wood in order to remove any stresses it may contain. We do this so we can always deliver both the flattest and straightest boards.
We recognize the keys to the manufacturing of beautiful hardwood flooring. They are precision milling, and state-of-the-art finishing. Our modern facility utilizes the very best equipment, and we dedicate ourselves to tireless inspection throughout our quality control process.
